Q: How long does it take to customize a dress?If I need this item with rush,what should I do?
A: We usually need about 7-13 business days to finish customized dress, in this case, you need to choose fast shipping, like DHL /UPS/Fedex, it will be faster than AliExpress Standard Shipping.
Q: About return?
A: We accept returns and you need to pay for the return shipping cost yourself. We don't have a free return. If you feel dissatisfied after receiving the dress. You can talk to me first to explain the specific situation. I will try to help you solve the problem. If the problem is not properly solved. You can choose "no longer needed" to return the dress to us.

Q: Do you accept customization?
A: We accept customized sizes, colors, and styles. Please contact us! Due to manual measurement, please allow a difference of 1-3 cm.

Color Mismatch
Concerning color mismatch, please note that there might be a slight color deviation due to your computer screen or mobile device settings. However, if you are convinced that the color is not what you ordered, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
Size Deviation
If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, you are encouraged to find a local tailor to make adjustments. In this case, we offer limited alterations reimbursement. Should you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor. Item Is The Size You Ordered But Does Not Fit
Please understand that items that do not fit properly but in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. Your option is to look for a local tailoring service at your own cost. Please note that if your order specifications differ greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.

Unfortunately, we currently don't offer an exchange service for any products at this time. All our dresses are made to order. Therefore, we will not have any extra dresses for exchange. If you want a different item, please return the order and start a new order from scratch.

Pull tape across the fullest part of the bust
Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist
This is the slimmest part of the waist
Measure across at this point
Keep tape slightly loose to allow for breathing room
Stand with feet together
Measure around the fullest part of the hips and rear
Tape should brush across both hipbones
Stand straight with feet together
Measure from the center of your collarbone(hollow) straight down to the floor

Begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor
Hold out your arm
Put the tape around your shoulder and across your armhole
Please measure with bare shoulders
Relax your arm
Put the tape around the fullest part of your upper arm
